Q1. Do I have to make an appointment before visiting your studio?
Yes. Classic White Bridal Studio respects every client. We appreciate our client for scheduling an appointment in advance to ensure sufficient time for free try-on and service details.
Q2: Can I try on your wedding dress?
Yes. We welcome you to try on our classic wedding gowns. Please contact us to schedule a free try-on appointment (60 minutes). We will assist you to try on up to 5 dresses in the appointment. If it is convenient, please bring your heels to the session so we can help you match them with the wedding dress.
You are welcome to attend the try-on session with 2 guests. To ensure a clean environment, no food or drink is allowed in our studio.
Please note that we will charge $100 service deposit for each try-on session since the 2nd try-on if you look to try different dresses from the 1st session. If you book our dress in the end of the try-on session, the $100 will be returned. If you decide not to book our dress, the $100 will not be returned. If you look to try the dresses from the 1st session for the final decision, no deposit will be taken.
Q3: Can I alternate rental wedding dresses?
No. Classic White Bridal Studio holds one and only piece of each wedding dress. The alternation will change its unique design. If you are looking for a 100% personalized wedding dress, you can assist you to order a brand new one customized for you.
Q4: How long can I keep my rental wedding dress?
Within SF bay area, you can keep the rental gown for 4 days (2 days before and 2 days after your reception). Classic White Bridal Studio will charge an overdue fee for delayed return. If the rental gown is not returned in 14 days, we will not refund the security deposit while the the gown no longer has to be returned to us.
Q5: Is security deposit for my rental dresses required?
Yes. Classic White Bridal Studio collects the original retail price of your rental gown as the security deposit. It will be fully refunded if no damage is found on the gown.
Q6: How much should I pay for damaging rental wedding dress?
Classic White Bridal Studio will bring the damaged gown to our tailor to estimate the repair cost. We do not accept any repair from other tailors. In case the repair cost exceeds 80% of the gown’s retail price, we will not refund the security deposit while the gown no longer has to be returned to us.
